Santa Run and Lighting of the Christmas Tree in Nafplio | 7/12/24

"The Municipality of Nafplio is organizing, as the beginning of the festive season, a Santa Claus race, the well-known Santa Run race, on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 5:00 PM, with the starting point being the pergola at the beginning of the pedestrian street of Vasileos Konstantinou Street.

The most entertaining, Christmas race, the Santa Run, for the first time in our Municipality, to offer moments of joy and fun to young and old.

A race, without time measurement, in the city of Nafplio, where participants will wear red clothes and Santa Claus hats, which hats we will supply for everyone from the starting point (of course, those who have a Santa Claus costume can wear it...).

The whole city will be present, the shops along the route will offer treats to the participants, with lots of festive music in the streets.

The Christmas race will cross the heart of Nafplio, offering participants a pleasant opportunity to get to know the city in a new and festive way.

The finish will be at the Three Admirals Square, where the Christmas tree lighting ceremony will take place, with the Municipality choirs and many “surprises”, which will officially mark the beginning of the festive season."
